We've identified that some French network operators exhibit reduced SMS deliverability rates through our default gateway, MessageBird, due to stringent local regulations around promotional SMS campaigns. To enhance deliverability, we've incorporated an **Alternative** provider based in France.

Ensure your Lucy System Settings is switched to **Alternative**

====== Requirements ======

Utilizing the **Alternative** provider necessitates the submission of a detailed request related to your campaign to ensure unhindered SMS traffic without blocks or throttles. We urge you to forward this request to us promptly to avoid any campaign delays.

You will need a:

  *  A Commercial License (Pro / Elite)
  *  Adequate account balance

Please email the following campaign specifics to **support@lucysecurity.com**:

  * **Sender ID**: The sender name appearing on each SMS
  * **Client Consent**: A formal approval from your organization, explicitly approving the dispatch of smishing simulation messages under the above Sender ID.
  * **Total SMS Count**: The aggregate number of messages to be dispatched in the designated campaign.
  * **SMS Content**: A copy of the message text.
  * **Campaign Duration**: Including testing days.
  * **Locations**: Include all destination countries of the recipients that will receive the smishing campaign.
